Project DUM-ER is my DIY 3 Degrees Of Freedom Articulated Robotic arm built using:

  • An ESP-32 Devkit V1
  • 3 SG90 micro servos
  • Capacitive Touch inputs ( courtesy of the ESP32’s built in capabilities )
  • and a 16x2 I2C LCD display

this was designed to be a hands-on project with plenty of room to upgrade and try new things (no i wasn’t being lazy 👀)

Getting the servos to stay in place taught me that Mark II needs wayyy more design and planning than I thought.
