rolling resistance due to visco-elastic resistance of the tire.
tire deformation has hysteresis which leads to shifting of resistance in the (y axis) which causes a Moment that acts in the opposite direction as the motor motion.
when it comes to EVs they have High Rolling resistance due to their weight.
they are always fitted with Low rolling resistance tires.
EV tyres have polyurethane acoustic foam. to dampen the sounds of the tire
( this noise exists in ICE vehicles as well but the engine noise masks the tire noise )
