$g$ is gravitational constant?,
$h_L$ is Head loss, (m)

Dary-Weisbach Formula

$$h_f=\frac{4.f.L.V^2}{d\times 2g}$$

where $h_f$ = loss of head due to friction (m)
f = Darcy-friction factor which is a function of reynolds number
