although this doesnt mean they cant be harsh.

9. Fair Remuneration
pay the workers well
based on factors like cost of living, work assigned, financial position of the business, minimum wage etc

dont move people around too much , in an organisation, they cant work to their best potential

individual must sacrifice their own goals for the benefit of the entire organization
but the org should try to reconcile with the individual

to create a sense of belongingness among members and encourage them to form informal bonds b/w each other.
